I found everyone employee of this property to extremely rude. I signed a lease before the walk through because they were rushing me through the process. as soon as I got the keys i went to check out my apartment. There was a pile of bird drroppings all over the stairs leading to the door, there were roaches in the kitchen and the fron tdoor didn't lock properly. This place is horrible. A half hour after i signed the lease I went back and said I wanted to cancel it because i was very unhappy with the apartment and they said that is fine you have to pay $2000.00 to cancel the lease. I can't believe a company can do that. I tried to fight it but got nowhere. Do not move here. It is disgusting and the staff will do anything to get all the money they can out of you.

I have to agree, MANAGEMENT is very money hungry. The new manager micro-manages EVERYTHING the staff does, which I'm sure explains their bad attitudes and rudeness. A letter was sent out a few months ago sympathizing with the economy and layoffs, saying we will work with everyone that's having problems wi keeping up with rent payments. HA!! what a bunch of crap that is! We received calls threatening to have us locked out, without having even filing formal eviction papers with the court. I called to find out that unless they have filed eviction the property has NO RIGHT to do such a thing. My lease ends soon and have already put in my notice to leave and even though my apartment is immaculate, I'm sure they will find something to charge me for.

You bet! We even had the carpets cleaned and six weeks later we got a bill from Eagle Crest for over $200! For some reason, they can't come up with the photos maintence supposedly took of the damage. I know I'll never see my deposit but I'm not giving them a dime!

we are in the process of fighting them on some issues too, and will not pay a dime, they must be trained to try to get money out of the tenants on both ends moving in and out. I will go to court if I must.

My boyfriend just moved out of Eagle Crest. He gave them $200.00 deposit when he moved-in. We made sure to clean the apartment inside out since he had paid a deposit. We left the apt in excellent conditions. We took pictures to make sure we had some type of back up but not really thinking that we were going to need them one day...to our surprise we just got a bill for $327.00 for paint and cleaning charges! Of course they took the deposit and we still owe them $127.00!!!! We are going to COURT!! These people are HORRIBLE! They are doing people wrong, fabricating charges and ruining people's credit if we don't pay. I'm thinking of calling Channel 5 hopefully they will pick up the story!
