I am so happy to finally get out of this place. I pay $1028.00 and my neighbors pay $830 for the same apartment. The water bill is outrageous! I pay $43 dollars for water and it keeps going up. I live alone so this is for 1 occupant!!! My neighbors down stairs have 2 kids and they pay over $100 just for freaking water dude! They went down to complain and the girl told them she d just charge them for 1 occupant. If we actually owe this much how can they just adjust it? They have no night drop so you have to pay rent during business hours. They have NO outgoing mail drop so you have to go into the office during business hours and stick it in a basket that is out in the open for anyone to take mail out if they want to. I don t trust them enough to put my IRS payment in their care. The mailroom locks when the streetlights come on so don t expect to check your mail after 8pm. They contract a tow company to come through each month and put tow tags on your car if the registration is a day late and they give you 4 days till they tow. If you register your car online you better make sure you get your tags in the mail before they expire because it s a pain in the --- to get any help from the management. If you need anything from them do not expect a call back because you will be waiting a lifetime. You will have to go during office hours to get anyone to help you. This is also a problem my neighbors have because I started to think it was just me. My neighbor parks right under my bedroom window and her car alarm goes off every morning at 5:30am because her key fob is broken so it will go off until she puts the key in the ignition. Some days she takes her sweet time. I left a note on her car begging her to get it fixed because I don t fall back to sleep and it scares me every morning to the point that I keep waking up all night anticipating the alarm. She totally disregarded my plea. I finally after 5 months called to complain and the office lady told me that another woman complained the same day but they couldn t help me and I would have to contact Metro. Metro doesn t care that I can t sleep. Her kids sit on my car and don t move when I ask them to. The office doesn t care about this either. As long as they get their rent money each month they don t see any problems. The water pressure in my bathroom is nonexistent so I ve been brushing my teeth in the kitchen for over 6 months. The office was closed on the 4th of July but I didn t receive a note on my door till the night before and it was dated June 30 so they completely dropped the ball on that one. There was a huge fight in front of my building with tons of kids involved and there was a gun. I went to the office to complain and they said they couldn t do anything about it. I would never recommend this place to my worse enemy. I d look elsewhere if I were you! Even though the lady below says her friend loves it here, all my neighbors around me can t wait to move out or are already in the process of doing so.

The people at the office are not trained to answer question correctly, everytime I complain to management they say that there help told me wrong....anyway they for two years I paid $100 during the summer and $80 during the winter for water thats extra for rent. Plus 8 for trash! I had three people living with me on my lease. They told me I have to pay cause I get all these admindties. Plus most people have only one person on the lease and they have 4-5 people living with them and they dont have to pay as much as me for water. The office f**ks say its not there fault and they cant keep track so you have to pay extra for them, its not broken up to who uses what its the whole apartments, if I wasn't there all month I would still be charged the same....Now that im in my own house I have $40 water bill wtf???

Agree totally. Lucky you are out of this stupid place. We are still stuck here. Yes, they don't even want to adjust our current rate, even though we have been a good tenant over a couple of years. Had I known this before,I would have never moved to this place ever!
