The security gates never work. Kids play in front of your bedroom window between buildings which amplifys and reverberates the sound. Stray cats everywhere. The gym that you pay for is constantly trashed: missing pins, missing parts of machines that never get replaced. They took the scale, why' My roomate had his battery stolen from his car! The toilets are all loose from the floor and ruin the carpet. At least one agent was disrespectful. Kids smoke pot in the gym on Sat. nights. Forget about it.
