Eagle Trace Apartments

I think these idiots who own this place are waiting for section 8's to make it a complete slumtown. My neighbor across the way's wife was robbed at GUNPOINT at three in the morning. Her husband went to the office and complained, they did NOT care. My apartment has a corner in the dining room which leaks from them overwatering the lawn, which has destroyed the carpet and produced suspect mold. They have not fixed it in 5 months. The weight room is constantly trashed by kids not regulated by their parents. A neighbor was assaulted at the pool for complaining about the noise some guests were making. Security is a fat !@#ch who walks until 11 pm then sits in her office until sunrise. Obviously the crimes take place between 12 and 5 or so. Do yourself a favor and move on.
