Could be better, could be worse.

It is hard to find a 2bd/2ba apartment with over 1000 square feet for the price in LV.
Actually, I did not find many over 1000 square feet and Eagle Trace was the best price for the size.
Washer and dryer in the apartment a big plus.
Parking for more than one car is a problem which may force me to move.
Rent went from $710 in 1999 to $757 in 2003.
No incentive to renew lease. As with most apartment complexes they provide incentives to move in, but none to stay.
No deposit for military is a plus.
Noise from aircraft can sometimes be a problem.
Crime' I know of a couple of vehicles being broken into. I don't think it is any worse than most of Las Vegas. All those drug users and gambling addicts have to support their habits.
Overall it is a good value for the money. But if you don't mind paying $1000 a month buy a house or get an apartment in Summerlin.
If you have two vehicles think twice about an ET apartment. Parking is a plague.
