I lived there for about six months. I never had any problems with the neighbors (they were very nice). The staff seemed friendly and also, the maintenance responded quick when I had an emergency in the middle of the night. Parking was one of my biggest issues. If you have more than one vehicle, good luck trying to find a place. I had problems with people taking my parking space at least once a week and security wasn't very friendly. Also, the gate rarely worked and I learned that the alarm wasn't installed properly and never worked. Sometimes, I would go to the gym or run quick errands and didn't bother to lock my door and nothing was missing when I returned.
If you work at Nellis, this is a viable option, but Also, I heard from my friends that these was very unsafe and I heard about the muggings and vandalism- which gave it its nickname "Ghetto Trace"- The walls were very thin; when I moved in, the carpeting was new so i had no problems. Overall I was happy with it and I would live there again, but I had to leave Las Vegas.
