One of the original tenants

Years at this apartment: 1991 - 1992
Transferred to Las Vegas and moved into Eagle Trace in 1991. The whole Eagle Trace package was the best at that time and for the money. Prices at that time were $540, $640, and $740 for 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments respectively. The brand new apartment, gym and equipment, pools and jacuzzis, and security gate were very enjoyable and untouchable as compared to surrounding area apartments. But with most apartments/neighborhoods, more people moved in and had given unwarranted access to the premises. Toward the latter part of my stay, my car had been broken into; car was locked. I'm a pretty private person and don't cause trouble-but I guess that's what made me/my property a target. Other than that, my stay there was cool. From what I've read from previous tenants' comments in this forum, it's very disappointing to know that in 14 years, things have spriraled to a poor state of affairs. Sounds like poor management to me. Just thought I'd offer a little history.
