Not bad for off base military housing, but not good either

There are many good things about this apratment complex but they only happen after things go wrong. The apatments come with a frig but just be prepared to have it replaced every 3 months. Also with living in the desert you will still have plenty of water only after they turn it back on after it had been shut off without any notice. Quick word of advice, take really fast showers because you never know if you will have water all the way through. Also before you jump in make sure you know if you are taking a shower or a bath, becasue half way through the shower at times, the drain clogs and you end up taking a bath instead. Don't worry about opening the windows to get some fresh air, you just have to go through the mold that builds up all over them from the poor circulation that accumulates in the room. The apartments also come with a nice shade of white on the walls, the only problem is keeping the paint on the walls and not from chipping off and falling on the floor. Te gate up front is really aasy to work, in fact there are more non-residents roaming around the complex then residents. For military the deposit is waived.
