This place sucks!! Maintenance is a big problem here, we had some water damage in our bedroom from the sprinklers and mold grew on the wall and it took then over a year to fix the problem, in my son's room the were plants growing out of the floor and when we reported it all they did was laugh they thought it was histarical. They never come out promptly with problems, and when they do come out it takes them at least 2-3 times coming back before it was fixed. The week we moved in our A.C didnot work and it took over a week to get it fixed, they told us to go buy fans. In the year and a half we have lived here we have had to have our shower head replaced once a month. Bugs are a huge problem, Roaches, Ants, Spiders. Parking is another problem our assigned parking spot is no where near our building, guest parking is closer, so we park there when there is a spot available, which there hardly ever is. The noise we can hear everything that goes on in our upstairs neighbors apartment. And the grounds, every morning when we wake up there is a pile of trash in front of door.
We will NOT resign a lease again in this trash whole, and I DO NOT reccommend it to anyone!!
