I WOULD LIKE TO LET ANY POTENTIAL RESIDENTS KNOW THAT MY ENTIRE ROW OF BUILDINGS WAS ROBBED ONE DAY, IT SEEMS FISHY THAT THE PLACE IS RIGHT NEXT TO A TRAILER PARK. ANYWAY DO NOT MOVER HERE WITHOUGHT BUYING A WEAPON AND A DOG AND THE BEST RENTERS INSURANCE YOU CAN AFFORD. SAVE ALL YOUR RECIPTS BECAUSE WHEN YOU GET ROBBED YOU WILL NEED THEM TO HANDLE YOUR INSUARNCE CLAIM. THIS PLACE SUCKS SOMETHING TERRIBLE, AND IF YOU GIVE IT A 5 YOU MUST BE CRAZY! IT IS WORSE THAN ONE, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE, IT IS HORRIBLE

Actually, Eagle Trace isn't right next to a trailer park, although there is one nearby. The backside of Eagle Trace is actually property of the U.S. Government (via Nellis AFB).

I haven't had much problems with the community itself a few out of control kids but that is more the fault of the parents these days Schools in the area are really bad and maintance on the apts you can basically write off to getting what you are dealt with cause the maitnece is lacking to say the least there are 5 pools and 6 hot tubs at which anytime 1 0r 2 might be working the hidden charges are 25.00 if you wish to have a key to any of the other weight rooms other than the one by the office which closes at 10 even though it says 11 and if you want to use this apt as a rental history they charge you 35.00 of which is not covered by your credit check fee for the place you plan on moving too.But it is quiet her if you can stand the roaches and the parking and the fact that you will have to do any maintence yourself if you want it done correctly then I absolutly recomend them to couples without school age kids!
