I moved here out of state and my leasing agent talked eagle trace up as a premier location. If you consider a new Wal-Mart premier than that was my fault. They chage there good standing tennants $35.00 to verify anything. The neighborhood is so strange. Lots of beggars and you are woken up by fighter jets and constant noise. Probably good for military, but I am not and its awful for me. Cracked out sales people sell hand bought magazenes and cleaning products that are open. Thw staff is pleasant and were very courtious about me breaking my lease. Consistent problems that are fixed within 48 hrs but come right back the next day.
