I moved here from Ca, and my husband and I thought it was a great building. Until we moved in. Everything was broken, washer, dryer, garbage disposal, blinds, etc...Took them over a month to fiz it all after I called and complained daily. Then I started to see the roaches, they tried to convince me they were waterbugs, NO they were ROACHES. In the four mnths that I've lived here, I already want to move. The roaches will not go away and we are neat freaks. The toilet busted from the bottom and leaked everywhere, took maintenence a month to fix that, when I finally threatened the health dept. they rushed over. My apartment has already had 1 attemped break in which broke my locks, and took management a week to fix with my family and I living in fear. The gates since we've lived here, have no worked...not even ONCE. Security is a joke, all they do is sit inside the gym all night. The amount of drug using and selling AMAZES me. It's a building for people who can't do any better. And I can do better. At the end of my lease we are out of here. I regret ever moving in.

I can honestly say the gates here have not been broken for 6 straight months at any one time since September of 2002, so you're fibbing a bit there. Now I will say they constatnly have probelms with them, in large part due to drunk drivers (tenants and guests) ramming them open.
