I lived here for going on 2 years now. we moved here from texas my husband is in the airforce and we was just trying to find something near by to his work. well HUGE mistake! we first lived in a 2 bed apartment, we found 1 scorpion but it was a small one bout a dime size and then we found a BIG scorpion. i was 6 months pregnant at the time and had a 2 year old. i freaked i told the office about it and they just looked at me like what are we suppose to do. well, i was hoping to move out and find a nicer place but my husband wanted to try a 3 bedroom out and see how that went. well at first when we wanted to transfer the lady said we have to wait like a week because they didnt have it cleaned and ready. well actually we wanted to look at the apartment before we signed anything well no they didnt allow us to. when we came into the apartment to move in it was NASTY smelt so bad, was filthy. dead roaches everywhere. and when we first moved in they said that they were going to put new carpet throughout the whole apartment there was stains everywhere, u can tell where they cut the carpet to try to place the areas where it needed the most work. the blinds were all bent, toilet and tubs were nasty. had to break out all the cleaning supplies and scrub everything down since my 2 year was there and i was due to hae my 2nd child in 2 weeks. lots of times i wake up for work and the water would be turned off and we got no notice, and heat was off for about a week, in which this is when my baby was 3 days old. took them forever to come fix it. i do not feel safe with the maintance men in my apartment without me being there, the staff is really rude. parking is really bad but depends on which area u live at. pools are usually locked up. the play area is usually filed with cat droppings. lets see one night i came home and there was a guy standing in ront of apartment in all black and my hsuband parked and got out the man walked away and it looked like he had a badge on like he was undercovered cop but i dont know about that. gate works once in a while. and around this apartment that we are living in the kids are terrible. really rude they are like 10 yrs old and they have really bad mouths. i do not allow my 2 yr old out there when they are out. the kids parents are always fighting and slamming doors. hard for my girls to sleep at night. i dont know exactly if i would recomend this apartment complex or not. just be careful....at the walmart we always get stoped by bums begging for money every single time. its very irriating had to buy peper spray im very scared to go out on my own.....be careful and make sure u lock up always. sorry about my book lol good luck g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
