I have lived here for almost 5 years. I had an incident on Friday Feb 8th where my refrigerator was defrosting. I immediately called the rental office at 8am and left a message for a work order with "Tosha" who stated that she would send someone over right away. I got home from work at 6pm and no one had fixed the issue with my refrigerator which means now my food was beginning to go bad. I called the rental office at 6:04pm to find out that the staff had left for the day. The emergency after hours staff said that she would send someone over. at 7:30pm I called her back because no one shown up. She stated that the after hours maintenance had not returned her call yet.
At 10:00pm the on-duty maintenance man finally came and layed on my doorbell. He pulled the refrigerator out to tell me that the compressor had went out and there was nothing that he could do about it and to contact the office the following morning.
I went into the office that following morning (Saturday) and spoke with a Diane. All she could say was I don't know what to tell you, I'm sorry and I will send someone over right now. She stated as far as the food issue or reimbursement I would have to wait until Monday to talk to the manager because management does not work on the weekends.
I called back approx 10 minutes later because maintenance still had not shown up and spoke with "Ana" and asked her why couldn't management be called at home for something like this, she said that she would try to call her and she would have the manager get right back with me. Well here it is another week has gone by and I have not heard from the Manager yet nor anyone from management to see how things even went.
When maintenance came that Sat morning, he stated that the refrigerator only needed a new compressor and that could have been replaced the night the on duty maintenance came out.
I lost everything in my freezer and all my parishable goods in the refrigerator.
So think twice before renting from Management at this location.
BTW my lease is up on Feb 29th, but I will need to go to month to month and the month to month fee is out of this world. It jumpes well over a $100!!!

Management helped me with a dog situation (dogs are not allowed but neighbor had one barking its head off all day and all night) The renters wouldnt get back to management to take care of the situation so she called one of the tenants Firstshirt and that dogs gone now! Management helped us tremendously, it may have taken almost 2 mos but she was sincere and truthful about the situation.
