we lived in eagle trace for 2 years. had no problems until a couple moved in with there 2 boys. since then there kids have made trouble for all the kids in the building. they acuse the other kids of hurting them when its them that start the problem . but when you tell the office about them they did nothing. there kids swear, call some of the black kids by the n name and there mother just said there sorry and they dont know what they are saying. there kids austin and trevor. mothers name cristy are nothing but trouble. they acuse the other kids for things that they dont do and they get blamed for it.she will call the cops on your kids at a drop of a dime even thought its here kids starting everything. so i would suggest that you be warned to stay away from them or they will get you kids in trouble. the office workers dont care if you complain or not. the people still live there. that is why we moved from that appartment. the sucurity guards have there favorits also. there no good. i wouldnt suggest anyone move into those apparmtnets also they have scorpions in the appartment. the spraying doesnt work. watch out for your car it will either get broken into or stolen.

They're not the only ones acting up. There's a group of black kids (looks like they're ages range from about 10 - 15) that try to damage cars, the common area, and it's always nice when they randomly yell things like "f*** you cracka" and "eat s*** you white b****" for no reason when my wife and I unload groceries and they throw rocks at cars passing by the center circle in the complex. Even better is how security will do nothing about it, and apparently these kids have worthless parents, because they're out at all times of night, darting out in front of cars, which is pretty stupid considering how dark it is in the complex.
