absolutely disgusting. we had a very bad problem with mice for months. probably caught about 15 of them.
our neighbor had her apt broken in to and her balcony door was cracked to pieces.
the people that live there are gangbangers and you will occassionally have someone knock on your door to ask for a lighter so they can see if anyone is home that way they can break in and steal all your valuables.
the kids are ghetto and loud as hell while their parents leave them to fend for themselves doing god knows what.
and why....WHY! is there carpet in the bathrooms'! give me a break.
every apartment near the afb is crap and best believe you will get one of these:

robbed or shanked.

The "lighter trick" is a variation of something that goes on all the time, and not just at Eagle Trace, but often at complex's on the East side. One way to avoid this is to not move to the East side, and at the least, avoid the Northeast side.
