Yes the office staff says they will help... but my storage ceiling fell in and it took them four weeks to fix. If you are going to have someone visit make sure they can walk becuase the only space available is handycap spots and they will tow you in a matter of minutes 15 to be exact. When you move in you get a new babysitter...... The manager is overbearing and is always in your business. I always pay my rent on time... I have four children someone is always with them in the complex and she will come up and ask you if you know the rules even if you are not braking them.... Oh and if you want to move be prepared to give a sixty day notice.... Is that even legal in this state.... Yes the appartments are big.
