The main manager here (Patty) is the most incompitant person one could ever have the misfortune of having to deal with! Almost impossible to contact, takes forever to have service done, allows properties to deterierate, refuses to address issues with problem tenants and has a horrible demeanor! The units are located in a seedy part of town (Sahara and Pecos) and are old and dated.

I AGREE WITH THIS COMMENT. WE LIVED THERE FOR 3 YEARS AND BEGGED TO GET MAYBE 3 ITEMS FIXED IN THAT TIME. WHEN THEY WERE FIXED, THE WORK LOOKED SO TERRIBLE WE WISHED WE HAD NEVER GOTTEN IT DONE. WE FEEL PATTY IS TAKING THE MONEY FROM THE BUILDING OWNERS AND PUTTING IT IN HER POCKET. SHE IS MEAN TO THE KIDS, WE FEEL SHE IS VERY PREJUDICE AND WE KNOW SHE IS IN SOME WAY SCAMMING OFF THE BUILDING OWNERS. DO NOT LOOK FOR SECURITY OVER THERE. THEY STATE THEY HAVE IT,BUT IN 3 YEARS WE NEVER SAW ANY SECURITY. ALTHOUGH, THERE WERE PLENTY OF STOLEN CARS AND DERELICTS GOING THROUGH THE PROPERTY.

I completly agree with how they respond to problems with the building. When my fridge stopped opperating because it was so old they refused to get me a new one. They told me I had to get an appliance man to come out and look at the fridge, which I did (out of my pocket). He said the fridge was unfixable and I needed a new one. I complained to managment and they let a month go buy before they got me a new fridge. When I told them what I should do about food they say, "Buy a cooler and some ice". What the hell is that? Same thing with the kitchen sink when the pipe rotted out and I was out a sink for 2 months. We had to empty a bucket after every few minutes.

i agree i hate it there was there for awhile . but after she "voted" to move the trash by the pool for the whole complex that was it i have 3 small kids i can't be walking the trash 8 min. form my house and leave them alone
