NOISE was a problem FROM DAY ONE!

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1996
 
I actually lived in this place from 1982-1985. I was the FIRST tenant in my apartment. Walls were paper thin and ants were a problem from year one. I didn't seem so bad at the time--BECAUSE I WAS 18 and it was my FIRST APARTMENT! I cannot imagine living there as an adult professional--or even as a student considering how much the hood has declined around there. I bet it's an absolute hellhole now. Sad.
