While this apartment wasn't exactly a little piece of paradise, it wasn't horrible. The only thing that really disturbed me was that at least 5 or 6 cop cars were there 2 or 3 times a week. The complex was older, so the apartments weren't top of the line. It was a good value for a starving student. I don't remember it being loud...the most obnoxious thing I had to deal with was an upstairs neighbor who smoked and liked to drop his/her cigarette butts onto my walkway.
