I have been living here for 8 months now and we're now on the third property manager, the property manager who did my lease was fired shortly after I moved in, the second property manager came about 1.5 months later (She was a GREAT property manager, really cleaned the community up as far as the drug dealers, druggies and such) and the third property manager has only been here for about 1 month now and honestly she is very horrible in my own opinion and since she has taken the position as property manager the community has got much worse, not only do myself and others in the community feel this way but also Metro Police. Myself and other members of the community have asked repeatedly for security and still NOTHING. We pay for a pool which has yet to be opened at all this summer. The maintenance here is WONDERFUL and do their best to get all repairs done as quickly as possible.

when i lived there,, we went through 3 managers. i agree the current one is horrible since they have the balls to file against me for that 1400.00 but won't talk me on the phone about it.. what losers
