My girlfriend and I lived here. We had a hot water line burst under our bathroom floor - they turned our apartment into swiss cheese and re routed the line with a rubber house throuout our ceilings and walls, they never checked the mold under the floor and it had been leaking for at least 9 months b-4 they even bothered to fix this... also, there was several freaky incidents that made us want to move from here including; gunshots fired right outside of our bedroom window late on a weekend night, a man was stabbed in the back - i know this because it was my door he knoced on and i had to call the paramedics for him.. because of this and other things we decided not to renew our lease after our one yr was up.. We properly informed the manager at that time - Joan, that we intended to move once our lease was up.. Unknownst to us, this crappy management filed suit against us for over $1400.00... Of course, we have tried to contact the current manager about this matter since we had no idea we had been sued for this 1400.00, and all we get is that "we'll call you back." and of course, you hear nothing at all... our Apartment was left in great condition when we moved out..... so they kept our deposit plus sued for $1400.00 and it is stuck on both our credit reports... i gfive this place a total of 1 out of 10 with 10 being the best just because we did get to park close to our apartment..
