Nice Floorplan, bad mantenance

The office staff promised us one appartment near the middle of the complex, then come time to move in, they said that they only had one appartment available, and it was 15 ft. from a bus stop on Sahara, one of the busiest streets in Las Vegas!
We've put in numerous requests for mantenance and they still haven't been taken care of. We have to communicate with them through registered letters to get anything done.
