Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006
I've lived in Emerald Bay since 1993. It's gone downhill since the recent change of ownership. My biggest complaint is the noise from loud car stereos. Also lots of kids that like to trash things and make noise; parents don't seem to parent them at all. The apartments themselves are great inside; best amenities and size for the price (which sadly,keeps going up every 3-6 mos) Maintenance is hit or miss; sometimes they repair things quickly, other times not.
