not a satified customer From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   ive been at emerald bay for about 4 months and i am not happy with my decision to move there. the neighborhood has a serious noise problem with car alarms going off at all hours of the day. my apartment was not cleaned before i moved in yet i still had to pay a cleaning deposit. the neighborhood isnt nice enough for me to recommend anyone moving here
