This apartment complex has a accountability issue. They will give you an eviction so fast if you miss that due date to pay your rent. ANd if you miss it by one day you can no longer speak with the office staff you have to go through some incompetent attorneys office that will never return your telephone calls. The staff in the office steals tenants money orders. My neighbor paid her rent and forget to put her name on the money order but completly filled out the envelope it was placed in dropped it into the night drop box. And someone stole it. Whats strange is that the last name on the money order was the exact last name of one of the office employees. But guess what Management didnt believe her. Or Didn't Care. The garbage Dumpsters are always overloaded and trash falls out all over the place. When i was taken on a tour to see the apartments i wasnt even taken to the back of the complex. I wish i had known someone who lived here prior to me moving in it would have saved me some heartache. If you have family visit you remember to tell them not to park in someone elses stall because our neighbors in this nice community will egg their car, Key their car, or even block their car in with another car, Worst off all you may get a dirty letter under your windhield wiper. But 9 times out of Ten our lovely tenants will cuss you out with no regard to young children that you may be walking with. PS Watch out for the Frogs! They are not afraid of you neither are the roaches!
