I have live at these apartments for about a year and I cannot not wait to move. The maintenance is awful. In order to get something done, I have to either fax a letter to them and to the corporate office or send a certified letter.

I am having problems with leakage with the air conditioning unit. I have been making complaint about this problem for almost a month now. Finally, I faxed over a letter, someone came over and place the faxed letter that I faxed to them on my kitchem coutner, but he problem wasn't fix. I guess placing the letter on my counter top was an indication that someone has been there to look at it. Then a week goes by, and after having to make 2 more phone calls, I finally got someone to come over. But then they leave me a note, instructing me not to use the A/C and that they will return back the next day with the part to complete the fixture. In the meantime, they left everything out and open, meaning there are screws and dirt all over the floor, the A/C is left wild open, and no one has returned to complete the project.
