If you like to get robbed in daylight with management that does care, then this is the place for you. We have had a rash of apartments being broken into be a group of guys who have been seen by witnesses and the management doesn't care (seems the thieves also live out here). I have live here for 3 years and this place has went so far downhill, it's unbelievable. It was a decent gated community with families, now the gates are broke, swimming pool is only open for 2 weeks in the summer, maintenance fixes things with baling wire and duct tape, and the crime is so bad, other residents and I are talking about getting certified to have hand guns. The men(two --------- and an ----------------)who are -----ng people were seen in the act by children, who they have threaten to kill if they tell anyone. Management won't even send out a notice warning people about the crimes. This place has turned into a ghetto. If you have a family this would not be an ideal place for you.

oh and dont forget the great matanince we have here.... i have 2 small children and havent had a properly working airconditioner or heater the 2 years i have lived here!!!!! its 87 deg in here right now and i have been waiting for 3 days!!! the lady named ----- in the office dosent know ---- about what ever the hell she dose besides acting like a ----- to residents.... they half ass fix everything.... and because of my "half ass fixed" ac my power bill is $233 on a good day on hot or really cold months its at least $350!
