I don't care how much money you need to save, you would be better off living in a DUMPSTER. Water was turned off without any notice SEVEN TIMES in less than a year. Mold is unbelievable, we had to deep scrub the bathroom with bleach and disinfectants every other day as the mold kept coming back!! I've never seen anything like it! Roaches are OUT OF CONTROL, we kept our apartment clean enough to do heart surgery in but their refusal to use professional pest control around the perimeter or in neighbor's apartments kept them coming back.
-Claims to be gated but the gates had been out of order ever since we moved in an, security cameras set up a few places around the apartment were for appearances only and did not work.
-Called twice a month for six months to get them to give us a key to OUR storage closet on the patio, to fix the dishwasher, spray for pests and take care of the mold problem and were IGNORED everytime. Complaints of neighbors not picking up after their pets; ignored. Complaints of neighbors violating noise curfew laws; ignored.
-When we went to inform the joke of a manager, ------, that we filed a police report because our car had been keyed, he told us next time to 'keep the police out of it and just kick their a**'.
-During lease signing, we told them absolutely NO ONE was to enter our apartment without our consent and on two seperate occasions I came home to some stranger in my apartment!!
------- alone should be a reason to not move into this dump, he dodges complaints and will not call you back and sneaks out to lunch whenever someone comes in to complain (not to mention their three hour lunches where no one is to be found). ------ is an obvious drug abuser and the most unstable person I've ever had to encounter professionally, if you have any kind of complaint or even minor negative thing to say she gets on the defensive and starts screaming. ----- will not deal with ANYTHING AT ALL. I don't know the woman even got a job there, she doesn't know anything and will not take complaints and gets flustered and uses foul language when she doesn't have an answer for something.
This place was a total NIGHTMARE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE!!!! STAY AT A WEEKLY BUDGET PLACE IF YOU HAVE TO, I WOULDN'T WISH THIS PLACE ON MY WORST ENEMY!! I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE!!!!

Everything this person says is true. I have lives here for 4 years and this last group of managers in the office are idiots. They rent out to anyone (last year we had a convicted sex offender who liked little boys, then we had residents who were responsible for thefts and had witnesses, but as long as they paid their rent, management didn't care. Water is always turned off, but you will pay 50-60 a month water bill. They will not give you the number of their company, AMC, which is against Nevada landlord-tenant laws,and when confronted with this, they now have an answering services, which will never get you in touch with anybody. The residents here have nicknames for the three that work in the office:Mr. Ghetto, Ms. Meth-Mouth, And Stupid.
