Not knowing better, we moved from out of state to cayman bay. The house we were shown was beautiful. On move in date, however, we were given an apt. that had garbage in the cabinets from preivious tenents. When we opened the laundry room we were greeted by hundreds of roaches scattering. They switch our apt. and although somewhat cleaner, things were broken. Major appliances were fixed within 3 weeks, but its been 3 months and I?m still waiting, after countless request for other things. And don't let me forget I,ve been in the shower a count "i believe its at 4" times and the water has been shut off by management, for repair without any notice to tenents! And they lost a money order and made us pay again, even though we still had the reciept. Plus the pool is so bad the city came and comdemed it in Dec. and it was'nt even open yet , but there were city chians on the gates. A bad place to move!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
