Why Cayman Bay' Well.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   well lets see if this new staff can pull off what others have not done. i have noticed a few changes around the complex. more security,better office personnel,more maintenance personnel,getting better responses to maintenance calls,people not standing in front of complex selling drugs. but like i said lets see what happens, but for most part i think i will stay if it continues to get better.
