Some people exaggerate WAY too much..

I would assume most of the people posting here are adults, and from the similarity in the grammar with all the negative posts, it's just one person trying to slander this place. Personally, I love it. I have recommended it to several friends, they have moved in and agree with me. No, there is not a Police substation on site. Maybe somewhere down the street, though if you want to throw stones at Cayman Bay for that, you might as well persecute the other apartment communities in the area as well. The maintenance has been fine, all my appliances work, and they are new. The carpet is clean and the outside is far from run down. As for drug deals or unattended children; this is Vegas, you will find drug deals at a church here. As for the children, I didn't see in my lease where the community was responsible for babysitting unfit parents' children. Cayman Bay is not bad, and the person who multiply flames them is probably just bitter about something stupid.
