Well, I see nothing has changed since I lived there... From: SECRETfishie@yaho..com Date posted: 9/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived in Cayman Bay for 10 months...we broke our lease. Most of what has been mentioned happened to us, and more. We ended up in court because I refused to pay the rent, and broke our lease....I won. Yes, I saw police with machine guns on 2 seperate occasions, the health department closed all the pools on a couple of occasions. Our sink leaked to the cabinet below causing major mold growth. Our refrigerator and freezer also leaked and grew mold. There was a MAJOR ant and cockraoch infestation problem. The place WAS NOT cleaned upon move in, yet we had to pay a hefty cleaning fee. The office staff was completely imcompetent. They never fixed maintenance requests, and even showed up to court with false work orders. For those of youdoubting what I am saying feel free to email me, and I will send you the picures of our apartment at move in and those that were taken while we were there. I had the Health Department at our apartment several times for the mold growth, and the company was given several violations...nothing was ever done except more false work orders were put in our file. Oh, and then there is the security...what a jole. That one man operation who thought he was a cop but wasn't had a grand old time at night towing peoples cars...for no reason. My neighbors car was towed 3 times in one week for expired tabs...they WERE NOT EXPIRED!!! Yeah, the place is a joke. If you want to see the pictures...let me know.
