Stay away if you're a good tenant

Lived at Cayman Bay for 3 years. They started to rent to drug dealers, the property degraded within the time I lived there. They refused to refund my security deposit because they claimed they had to replace the carpeting - the carpets were immaculate when I left. They also charged me for removal of 'something' after I vacated - they couldn't tell me what was removed. The place looked better than when I moved in. I went to a local tv station but they couldn't help me. The staff was awful. Always get a walk-thru, no matter what management says. I can see the property has gotten worse - and has been on tv for crime issue.
