We have put up with everything from finding used condoms on our window sills at move in, to our ceiling breaking open and water pouring out. Cayman Bay?s answer' We can move you to another unit. (Suuuuure, we tried that once and it cost us time, labour, and money, no to mention that Cayman staff stole items from us during our move while claiming they were only trying to help. Ha!) We like our downstairs neighbor, and there is no one behind us. Only one neighbor is very inconsiderate and another is only mildly so. So , why should we move to another one of their units because, after half a year of nagging, they still don?t want to fix the roof' The war has begun. Two of our rooms are uninhabitable because of water leaks. According to NRS 118A.050 we can sue and we are going to. For 8 months, now, we have received false promises. They have had many chances to rectify the problem and have simply given the run around. We have even been stupid enough to be advocates for the new manager. No more! She is full of it.


I have lived in Vegas for over 18 years. For most of that time I was a home owner, however, in the years that I have rented I have NEVER run into such unprofessional managment scum. Directly contacting Stout Management offices does nothing, so avoid all Stout-managed properties. I find it pretty amazing that the woman who started Stout has won awards. How old are these awards, and is her head up her butt' Or just those who give out awards. They should all be ashamed!

Too bad more people who live here don?t know about this site. It would be flooded with poor reviews.
