My husband and myself moved to Cayman Bay in 2001, moving out rather swiftly in 2002. When we first moved there it was a nice place. We had security that roved and did there thing without isses. Parking was great... then something changed. First it started with the pools. If anyone that reads this thinks that the others are just blowing smoke think again, there right those pools where closed even back then for that reason. My freind that lived behind me has a 7 year old son, that was walking around back there and stepped on glass and ended up in the ER, missing a major artiry by centimeters. There was also that "bug" issue. There are LOADS of insects living there that they never did seem to kill. We had a trash fire in the dumpster, two shootings, and of all things, a freind of mine and myself were on the last day of living there watching some Car theifs DUMP a car in front of my apt. Needless to say METRO was called rather quickly. If you can handle the Violence, Trash, Bugs, appliances being older then las vegas and may or may not work, and parking about 900 miles from your apt, feel free to move in. Otherwise I honestly would steer clear of Cayman Bay. Maybe one day they will get the place back to normal, hey we can all hope right. BTW I should have known something wasnt correct about the place, we where told one date for move in and had to sleep in a hotel because it took them THAT long to get us into that apt we ended up not staying in.
