The bugs, yes the bugs.....Roaches love the apartments of Cayman Bay. I set off two bombs and that seemed to take care of the problem. There is a nasty smell the flower trees give off it made me sneeze like crazy. I never had a problem with maintenance, I got to know the supervisor quickly and I just would go to the office and have them call him. If you leave a message with the office maintenance never gets it. I didn't have a problem with neighbors nor did I see any violence. I'm from Chicago and this complex wasn't even close to what I've seen before. Although I wouldn't recommend living here, the parking was horrible and I didn't feel like I got what I was paying for.
