While they are apparently under new management, the place still stinks. Maintenance isn?t done, and the folks that run the place are unreliable. There are 480 apartments here, and no full-time security! Ask to take a tour through the mailroom (HA HA), and walk through the whole place, not just the manicured path they choose. If you are just scraping by, this may work for you. If you can afford it, spend $50/mo for a nicer place.
