Horrible management, bad parking, slumsville

The management conned us a deposit fee when there was no deposit on the apartment, tried to bill us for repairs to the apartment for around $150. Parking was bad also, sometimes not able to park within 2-3 buildings from your apt. Seriously needs a management overhaul and some pool maintenance (I never swam in it, it was disgusting). My roommates and I left Cayman Bay because they increased the overall rent, from 700 to more than 800 for a 2 bedroom apartment. we moved into a 4 bedroom house for rent for $1100 a month, only $300 more. Makes sense! Screw Cayman Bay.
