The Jr one bedroom floor plans do not get a reserved parking space. You have to fight with people who don't even live there to park anywhere. The pool was open fo rall of two months last summer. The mail room has been broken into several times and is now locked between 8 pm and 8 am. The management staff arelazy and not helpful unless they are collecting your rent. THey do nothing about complaints of late night noise or other bothersome items. THe property looks nice in the front, but it's true nature of being a dump can be seen along the back row of buildings. I never feel safe, even when I am behind locked doors.
