There is a huge misconception on whom to blame here, I am in property management, though not for the company currently fee managing Cayman Bay. You must understand, it is NOT the management company you should be blaming for the condition of the complex....it's the owner. If your stuck with a slumlord owner, then believe me, its not going to get better before it gets worse. Please take my advice and move. Unfortunatly, Nevada and Las Vegas make it very acceptable for owners to let there properties go to ---- like they do and just when you, I, and everyone else thinks the place is condemnable, The county, city, etc, issues them another years business license. Do yourself a favor and leave when your lease is up.
