I wouldn't suggest it...

I've lived in Cayman Bay for over a year now. Their fitness facility is STILL on the works, the pools are rarely cleaned, and the janitorial staff don't clean the pool area often. Although it is a cheap apartment for what you get, the trashy apartments that I call "Ghetto Bay" could really be nice with better management. Althought the people that live in these apartments don't ALL possess some sort of class, the representation of the apartment complex could be better. The dumpsters are always overflowing, and management never bothers to at least "clean-up" the area until the disposal services get there. Pest control (aka bugs) is non-existant, so if you want some, I suggest you buy a pack of Raid spray cans. My dish washer and washing machine both broke and it took them a week to fix my air conditioning. Security is bad and when locked out of my apartment and in need of a new key, the management didn't even check my info to make sure it was MY apartment!!! They just gave me a copy of my house key. Talk about feeling safe...NOT!!! Also, if you want a security alarm, it's around $50. In which it's not like there are any security personnel around to help if in need of anything (robbery, etc.). I strongly suggest not living in these apartments. I might as well live in the projects.
