Alliance managed another supposedly Company owned property I worked at as maintenace. They were cheap and only remodeled 25 apartments before the owners with the biggest percentage of ownership sold the place for Condo's. Go to their website WWW.ALLRESCO.com and pay attention to the property's that are labeled Broadstone. All those properties will be sold with in 2 years. Their property management is horrible, they couldn't meet expectations of previous owners so they dropped them. The Reg. VP is a rude little woman, the Regional could care less about the properties she has let alone listen to Staff or tenant complaints. She and the entire staff are there for the pay. Not the resident. Good luck with Alliance. They will get you no where fast. THat sign up front that says $1,000,000 dollar renovation, think about the costs of construction these days. Now how many Apartments do you think will get renovated...

Who do you work for now??? This is not Alliance owned. I feel bad for you to have to say such things. I'm an employee of Alliance and realize you must have been left behind in a transition....wonder why??
