I have lived here for 6 weeks. So far the mailroom has been closed at least twice, once being for a whole week. Mailman says mailboxes have been broken into 17 times so far this year (Jan-Sept). I see cops here all the time. People loiter out front. I cant leave the complex without seeing a drug deal on my way out. Gang members drive around threatening little kids. Peoples cars are constantly getting broken into. The parking garages are messed up from vandelism. Maintenance is slow and when they do come to fix things, its usually not done right. When I moved in, my carpets were so disgusting, that I couldnt walk around without shoes on. I requested my carpets be cleaned and they never came, so I did it myself. Security is one guy riding around on a bike. For this kind of money, I could have moved into a much nicer place.
