the managment here treats you like crap, problems are not addressed in a timely manner, i put in for a sink repair 2 months ago and have not gotten a response, the rocks here ate awful, Im paying $1000 a month id like to get some respect! the dumpster are overflowing, and stick, outside stinks and they have a nasy pigion problem! i lived on the other side of town and had no pigions. mngment does not make people with dogs pick up the poop,
these apartments are infested with insects. the tenant turnover rate is extremely high, so that should tell you something, And no i did not even get to see an apartment when i was renting, They asked me what kind of lease i was interested in, i said 6 months, they make the lease for 14 months.
for the high rent the place is a real dump!!!! do your homework, look around , this is not a resort style setting its just a dump.
