Please take your money elsewhere...

This place is the pits including everything from parking to customer service.

I moved here a little less and 3 months ago, attracted by the generous teacher discount which I'm told they're no longer offering.

When I first moved in, someone told me, "Good luck...the parking's a nightmare." I've lived here 2 months and am already leaving.

He was right.

I had to haul in a huge orange cone just to ensure my uncovered parking spot was there when I came home from a long day's work. Of the 15 cars I've called on to be towed, 1 car has been towed. The rest are "tagged" w/ an orange sticker that does nothing.

There are roaches...EVERYWHERE!!! The apartment is poor quality. I can't even shut the dishwasher w/o it getting caught on the stove handle b/c the genious who installed the dishwasher obviously didn't account for space issues.

This place is a madhouse. My neighbors are drug dealers. There are 4 kids and god knows how many adults living in their 2 bedroom apt. Kids are on the loose all hours of the night unattended. They will throw rocks at your windows, etc. The pools all have padlocks that mysteriously become locked while you're swimming so you have to jump the fence.

The workout facility was recently vandalized and they've felt the need to close it down until "further notice." it's been closed several weeks now.

I recently received a returned check for my rent. Apparently it's a must that you include your water bill and rent in one check, or else it's incorrect & late. Instead of cashing my check and telling me I still owed $35 for a water bill I NEVER RECEIVED, they decided to return my check and threaten me with $100 in late fees if the check w/ the new amount was not received by 9 a.m. the following day...not even 24 hours to come up with the money.

I referred a fellow colleague in August and I'm supposed to receive $200 for this referral. Even though it's 3 months late, I do not get so much as an apology for this. I'm still waiting for this $$$.

You cannot get your mail until after 4p every day b/c it takes that long for the mail truck to unload. if you want a package, please expect to wait in line for a rude leasing rep to assist you.

This place is horrible. If you're not into rude people, drug dealers, roaches and poorly made apartments, do not even consider this place for a second!

I agree 100 percent with that review! Renters Beware! I was merely 2 days late because i thought this place had a 5day grace period(And i was out of town)...they sent me a $100 penalty and threatened to evict me! Maintenance is horrible as much as the parking.
