Moved in only because my "friends" wanted cheap rent. Only cost $80 to move in and we got to move in 3 days later. We moved in and our Microwave broke a week after we moved in and there was mold growing under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. It took 3 phone calls and an email to Alliance before the microwave finally got fixed. My friends flaked on me and so I had to pay a $300 transfer fee to move to a 2 bedroom. The day before we were to pay the fee my car got towed because someone was parked in my spot, so there went the $300. Then on the 5th, there was an eviction notice on the door of our old apt, because they are to stupid to realize we had just given them $300 to transfer to another crap apt. Our water heater didn't work when we moved in for a whole week, our garbage disposal still doesn't work. We only have 1 spot, so I have to park on the street Monday through Friday and move my car early on Saturday mornings and hope one of the 5 unmarked spots is open, otherwise I have to leave for a couple of hours, just so I wont get a $20 parking ticket. The pigeons are so nasty. The floor plans are horrible. Who really puts a sink in their bedroom'

On New Year's Eve while parked on Rainbow, someone kicked my passenger rear view mirror off and broke it. There has been some jack off who keeps parking in my spot, they first time they were there I called the Apt and they said they were going to tow them, but the car was still there at 2 am. The very next day, I husband saw them outside parking in my spot and told them this was our spot and they needed to move before I got home. (wasn't a jerk about it either) I pulled up right then and they moved. They are parked in my spot as we speak, I called the office only for it to ring and ring, I finally a half hour later got the Security Dept and they said they would get it towed. That was 3 hours ago and I can't get ahold of the office again... and the car is still there.

Alot of the more luxurious apartments have sinks in the bedroom, it's called a vanity, get some class.
