I recently moved in and i am very unhappy. First of all i am allergic to cats and my entire apartment stinks like cat piss. I have complained several times to the office and there has been no action taken. As for the parking situation it is ridiculous that there are 3 available parking spaces for an entire apartment community. When i paid mty deposit they didny cash the check for 4 and a half weeks. The office staff is horrible. They are always out of the office and unfriendly when they are there. They did not even go over my lease or explain their stupid insurance crap to me before i signed my lease because they didnt have the time. My advice go across the street and you can rent a condo for cheaper then the crappy apartments here.
