This place is terrible, have heard a few gun shootings while here, it takes forever to get anything fixed. They tow cars on accident and even though you get your car back for free you have to waste a day because they "made a mistake, we're very sorry", they don't reimburse you for your time lost at work for recovering your car towed from your own parking space that was assigned you. The outside light was burned out for three weeks before they finally changed it after numerous requests. Spiders, ants, roaches, crickets everywhere. Multiple cars have been broken into, windows on cars smashed. Very very loud neighbors that they refuse to have the noise reduced, many of my neighbors have paid out their leases to leave early, we are counting the days till ours is done.
