The management staff Ashleigh, Phyllis, Tanya, Silvia and Devon, you could not want for a better more caring staff. The property is in the middle of a 2-3 year upgrade and they are working to take care of all of us as well as get the apartments up Luxurious but not snobby reputation, but they care about and take care of their tenants. The parking issue is not a surprise, everyone is up front about it and are working at fixing this. So what if the gate is taking time, our security guards are there and respond right away to phone calls, even parking issues after the time (10 p.m.) (Keep up the work guys, I feel safer than were I moved from). I am recently going into an upgrade and half to sign a new lease, I love the upgrades, could conversion be on the horizon' The upgrades are exactly what the Condo upgrades are, granite, likewood floors, very beautiful and very nice. There are no gang activity going on in our community. I come home at different hours and yes we have older kids hanging out not harming anyone, but enjoying themselves in our 24 hour a day doesn't close pool, along with our 24 hour a day work out room. Gun shots and shadiness happens in the most expensive areas as well, we live in Vegas it's a crazy town.
The sour tenants who can't wait to leave, I say adi-f-ing-os.

YOU MUST HAVE BEEN FRIENDS WITH THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE BECAUSE THERE IS CONSTANT GANG ACTIVITY NOW AND I LIVED THERE THE DATE YOU POSTED THIS...THE SECURITY ABSOLUTELY IS HORRIBLE, THE COMPANY IS NOT EVEN LICENSED AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. OBVIOUSLY THERE WERE TWO MURDERS IN ONE WEEK!
